Shamanic Generational / DNA Clearing Ceremony: Breaking the Chains of Inherited Patterns & Energies

A significant portion of our suffering can be attributed to ‘Generational Curses’.  These refer to negative patterns, behaviors, energies and circumstances that tend to be passed down through family lines across multiple generations. They create generational karma and generational trauma and because these patterns and energies are ingrained in the family systems and culture, they have also penetrated deep into the cells, and become encoded into the DNA .  Some common examples include addictions, patterns of abuse and trauma, mental health struggles such as anxiety and depression, poverty, divorce or relationship instability and health issues or certain diseases.

Through our knowledge of epigenetics and energy medicine, we learn that DNA is dynamic, not static and has high energy, which means it can store energetic information.  Epigenetic changes can be inherited across generations, affecting gene expression without altering the DNA sequence itself.  This provides a potential mechanism for passing down energetic patterns, but also means that such patterns and energies can be released, creating significant healing in individuals.
