Although, there is much emphasis on Mental Intelligence (IQ) in our world today, there is now research to suggest that Emotional Intelligence (EQ) is far more important than Mental Intelligence for success, happiness and freedom in our relationship with ourselves, with others, in our work and in the wider world. 

Over the past 20 years; as I have worked with hundreds of clients, it has become apparent that many people don't understand that in order to live a full and happy life, they must be willing to process through and transform parts of their emotional life.  They don't realize that our difficult emotions are like heavy baggage that creates limitations in our lives, our careers, our relationships, our success.  However, there is a way to heal these negative emotions to liberate ourselves from the baggage of the past / past pain. 

This Emotional Intelligence Content HUB is designed to help you learn to become aware of your emotional life and how it impacts you, discover where you have blocks and how to move through these blocks; so, you are open to going even deeper with me, as we work together to transform your life quickly and with ease, towards becoming Fearlessly Authentic.

We start by building a solid foundation of emotional support, emotional rehab and emotional intelligence.

It is my hope that this Content Hub will teach you essential tools, practices and authentic knowledge to ultimately grow to emotionally support yourself, no matter what is going on in your life.  It's a bit like becoming your own therapist!!

Transforming Stress & Anxiety

The connection between stress / anxiety and emotions is both intricate and intertwined.

To improve our overall mental health and wellness, it is essential to understand the connection between stress and our emotions.  Whilst emotions play a vital role in our ability to manage our stress levels, our emotional state is just as important in how we perceive and respond to the stressors in our environment.

In the trainings in this module, we will explore a number of areas to understand the relationship between stress and our emotions, so we may be able to better manage, and ultimately transform our mental health from a state of suffering into freedom and joy!!

Emotional Rehab

Emotional Rehabilitation is useful to help us build resilience and also for those times when we have to deal with difficult situations / scenarios.

At some point in our lives, we all find ourselves in a situation, where we have to deal with difficult emotions.  We might find we have lost control of our emotions or we may be conditioned to push our negative emotions away and numb our pain.  

We all know about Emotions, but unfortunately most of us don't have a good handle on them and this is why Emotional Rehab is actually much harder than it sounds.

In some of the trainings here, we will learn how we react in situations or relationships when we feel uneasy.  We will fine tune our senses and learn how to identify what thoughts are occurring and what emotions are coming up and the proper way to deal with our difficult emotions.

One key aspect of learning Emotional Rehab is Self-Care!!  If you go to the first lesson under the Self Care Module, you will find a video training with downloadable worksheets to get you started (coming soon).

Emotional Support

Emotional Support is a way of offering genuine care, concern, affection, encouragement and love to another human being.  It is an intentional act which can be verbal or nonverbal.  It is an act that lifts the other person up, as it helps them to feel reassured, accepted, and valued.   Those with a high level of Emotional Intelligence (EQ) know how to give and receive Emotional Support. 

A key aspect of our trainings here is learning and practicing the skills to build strong emotional support around us.

Emotional Intelligence

Emotional Intelligence (EQ) is the ability to understand and manage our own emotions and recognize the emotions of others or be able to influence the emotions of others in positive ways.  Emotional Intelligence gives us more control over our lives in a benevolent way.

A key aspect of the trainings covered here are to build Emotional Intelligence, so we have a better handle on our lives and the situations in our lives.
