I’ve helped hundreds of clients over the past 20 years to transform their inner and outer worlds.
Through my Fearlessly Authentic In-Person Program or through my Fearlessly Authentic Tribe Online Membership, YOU too can transform your life.
My journey into the world of mental health and holistic healing began in the heart of Oxford, UK, where I pursued my postgraduate studies. With a deep curiosity about the human mind and a desire to understand suffering—both my own and others'—I felt drawn to psychology. I believed that through psychology, I could find answers and healing.
After my studies, I began working as an Assistant Clinical Psychologist for the National Health Service (NHS) in Oxford.
My role often took me to psychiatric wards, where I encountered some of the most severe cases of mental health issues. I vividly remember one winter morning, walking through the cold, dark, and gloomy grounds of the hospital. A woman in her mid-30s had been admitted, her body failing her due to the overwhelming trauma of repeated sexual abuse she endured in her younger years. The helplessness in her eyes shook me deeply. Despite modern medicine's advances, none of us—doctors, psychiatrists, nurses, psychologists—had the answers to truly help her.
That day, a desperate message was sent out to the universe: show me another way. I couldn't spend my life working within a system that felt so limited. Shortly after, my husband, who is in cancer research, was offered a position at the University of Arizona, and we moved to the US. This relocation brought a new set of challenges; my qualifications didn't transfer well, and I felt lost. However, this change also opened a door to a world of complementary and alternative medicine.
In Arizona, I immersed myself in studying various holistic healing modalities. My journey included training in Reiki, shamanism, hypnotherapy, and breathwork, alongside my established foundation in psychotherapy and cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT). Despite my previous professional constraints, my spirituality and alternative practices began to merge with my professional work.
Over the years, I realized that traditional talk therapy and CBT often fell short. For example, anxiety disorders typically see only a 38% success rate after 600 sessions of talk therapy, and even CBT, which is more effective, has its limitations, working for only about 25% of the population and often requiring 12-20 sessions to start seeing results. Furthermore, there is a high relapse rate of about 40%. It became clear that there had to be a more effective way to address these issues at their core.
My frustration with the limitations of traditional mental health treatments led me to develop a new form of therapy—Energy-Based Psychotherapy. This approach integrates hypnotherapy, depth psychology, energy medicine, and breathwork. Through years of intuitive practice and refinement, I found that this method could transform anxiety, trauma, and other mental health disorders, moving individuals towards authenticity and freedom.
One profound insight I gained was that mental health disorders and authenticity lie on the same spectrum. When someone is struggling with mental health issues, they are often out of alignment with their true self. My work helps individuals realign with their authentic selves, addressing and releasing the deep-seated traumas and conditioning that hold them back.
Today, my Fearlessly Authentic program combines breathwork, one-on-one sessions, and weekend intensives to guide individuals through their healing journey. The 12D SomatIQ Breathwork and Transformational Journeying process that I developed is a part of this greater program. I have seen incredible transformations—from clients overcoming severe anxiety and trauma to those finding their true purpose and experiencing joy and freedom. Here are some of the outcomes I've witnessed:
Anxiety Transformed: Clients with severe anxiety disorders have found complete relief within six months, with no relapse. They not only manage their anxiety but also thrive in their personal and professional lives.
Trauma Healed: Individuals who have suffered from deep trauma, including sexual abuse and childhood neglect, have been able to release their pain and reclaim their power. One client, who was previously emotionally numb, reconnected with his emotions, found a fulfilling career, and built a loving family.
Life Purpose Found: Clients feeling lost and disconnected have discovered their true calling. A woman struggling financially as a freelance journalist transformed her life through the program, finding her passion in therapy and establishing a successful private practice.
Freedom and Joy: Many clients, after completing the program, report a profound sense of freedom and joy. They move beyond their limitations and live authentically, embracing life with newfound enthusiasm and clarity.
I am honored to be able to share this work with others, especially healthcare professionals who give so much of themselves to others. My mission is to provide the tools and support needed to move from suffering and limitation to a life of authenticity, freedom, and joy. I am extremely grateful to offer my Fearlessly Authentic Program in partnership with Physician Transformation Institute & Golden Hill Retreat Center.
Thank you for being part of this journey. I look forward to seeing the incredible transformations that await.

Her approach addresses not only the symptoms but also the underlying emotional and psychological baggage that many of us carry. Meera’s work aligns perfectly with our mission at PTI to create a fun, elevated ecosystem for healthcare professionals.
Owner at Golden Hill Retreat Center
I have had the pleasure of experiencing Meera’s sessions in breathwork, inner child, and ancestral healing all expanding my understanding of how important the mind-body connection is to healing. She has a unique blend of using ancient healing arts such as shamanic ceremony and energy medicine combined with breathwork and meditations. Her approach of addressing mental health care looking at the imbalances in the spiritual-energetic realms is powerful. Experiencing her work firsthand will open up the minds and hearts of many. As a physician in brain injury medicine and a holistic practitioner, I highly recommend attending her classes and retreats. I will be collaborating with her and sending her clients who will surely benefit from her offerings!
Nurse, St Marks Hospital, Utah
The pastoral group at my hospital put on a retreat and Meera was there. I was drawn to her. I took her breathwork class which was very intense and found myself crying thru it as I released emotions I had bottled up inside me. I took Meera’s Dragon Breath class and I have taught my children and many nurses I have worked with-especially thru covid-so we could get thru a tough day, various emotions that each felt thru covid and now through any day you are struggling. I have had individual sessions with Meera where she has guided me to heal my inner child. Meera has done healing energy work with me and as she cleared my energy I would cry at times as she cleared the energy. Through these sessions and after I have since been able to forgive my parents and sister for traumas in my life. Meera has helped me do the work to clear this baggage I had been carrying for so many years. I was lucky enough to be part of her Healthy Minds group here in Utah and through that I have taken her boot camp…at the time I was dealing with the death of my husband and many times I fell behind but Meera was never judgmental but just treated me with love and support. The Heathy Minds network introduced me to many people and Meera would always share workshops occurring that I might not have heard of. Meera has a light that shines bright with love and support and I know if I ever needed her she would be able to help me work thru it. I am truly blessed to have attended that 1st workshop so many years ago and to continued to know Meera and learn from her. She is amazing!
